Meadowbrook Farm is co-owned by the Cities of Snoqualmie and North Bend, with overall governance provided by their city councils.
Day-to-day operations are managed through a partnership structure that brings together three key groups -

The Policy Advisory Board provides guidance to the Cities of Snoqualmie and North Bend and to Si View Parks on the long-term vision for Meadowbrook Farm. This advisory group helps shape policies and strategies that honor the farm’s cultural heritage, ecological value, and community role.
Members include: City of Snoqualmie, City of North Bend, King County, Snoqualmie Tribe, Snoqualmie Valley School District, Snoqualmie Valley Museum, Meadowbrook Farm Preservation Association, Mountains to sound Greenway, Upper Snoqualmie Valley Elk Management Group, Si View Park District.
The Meadowbrook Farm Preservation Association is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) dedicated to stewardship, education, and interpretation at the farm. Through programs, events, and partnerships, MFPA helps preserve the land’s natural, agricultural, and cultural heritage while connecting the community to its history and environment.
Members include: Michelle Chaney (SVSD), Mary Norton (SVHS), Dave Battey (citizen), Mona Davis (City of Snoqualmie staff), Travis James (SVP), Michael Ross (Snoqualmie Tribe), Mike McCarty (North Bend staff), Katie Woolsey (King County), Bill Whitaker (citizen), Greg Watson (citizen), Harold Erland (USVEMG), Scott Hoggarth (citizen), Stacey Marion (citizen), Mariah Landon (citizen) Jack Martin (citizen).
Si View Parks manages Meadowbrook Farm’s operations, including facility rentals, maintenance, and recreation programming. As the local park district, Si View ensures the farm remains accessible, safe, and active for community use while supporting both everyday visitors and special events.
